Shipping policy

Pineurple PTY Ltd ONLY deliver parcels within South African borders. 

Customers will receive their parcels within 5-10 working days (excluding Public Holidays) after placing and paying for their order (unless it is a pre-order item, please read product descriptions for ETA), should there be any delay Pineurple PTY Ltd will contact you directly. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, please note that shipping cost are calculated by the shipping company and we reserve the right to change the shipping cost at short notice due to influx in pricing.

Delivery Methods and Fees: 

Orders Over R500

All orders R500 or over, qualify for FREE delivery

Standard Economy: R99

Overnight/ grey areas: have a surcharge based on the area

Overnight courier available on request and quoted via email

Pudo to locker: R70 (can change based on area and courier pricing) 

Collection

This option is available to all customers who would like to collect or arrange their own courier to collect their order from our location based in Goodwood, Cape Town. Collection from our other locations has a small charge to cover the courier cost monthly to that location. Payment for orders must be made when placing the order and no items will be made ready for collection WITHOUT PAYMENT.  Confirmation of a collection date and available collection times will be emailed to you.
